Student Parking

Students who received a parking permit in June, 2016 must:

  • Park in their previously assigned spot, displaying the 2015 – 2016 permit, beginning on the first day of school, Tuesday September 6th.
  • Submit an updated student parking contract at lunch on either September 7th, 8th, or 9th.  At that time, you will receive a parking permit for the 2016 – 2017 school year for the parking spot previously assigned last spring.
Students who did not receive a permit in June, 2016 and wish to park on campus should:
  • Submit an updated student parking contract in order to participate in the parking lottery.  The parking contract is attached to this letter and will be available at all three lunches.  Forms may also be obtained from the main office.
  • Participate in the parking lottery.  The main office will be open for the parking lottery on August 30th – 31st from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Additional lottery opportunities will take place at lunch on September 7th, 8th, and 9th.  Students with completed contracts will choose three lottery tickets designating possible parking spots.  Looking at a parking lot map, students will then choose from those three options.  Please bring your driver’s license when participating in the lottery.
  • Receive a parking permit from an office staff member to display on the car’s rear view mirror whenever the car is parked on campus.
Until September 9, 2016, students without permits may park in the back of the school adjacent to the maintenance garage. After September 9, 2016, all students wishing to park on campus must have a valid parking permit. As students attain their license, they must complete this process before parking on campus. Once a permit is issued, students are required to park in their assigned parking spot only. Parking will not be allowed in any other location on campus.
