Hanover High School Course Waiver for the 2024-2025 School Year 3/19/24

Please be advised the attached Course Waiver Request form will facilitate all waiver requests for the 2024-2025 school year. Students are responsible for collecting signatures on a printed form and not via email.

In addition to signatures, students must answer questions on the back of the form. Upon completion, all forms must be turned in to the office labeled "Course Waiver Forms" by April 1, 2024. We will not be accepting late forms as they are also used to determine our teacher assignments and course numbers. We do not fill classes on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students must fill out one form per course
